Branch Manager – MSME (Thanjavur-Tamilnadu)

Job Description

1. Primarily responsible for achieving Branch performance targets
2. Fee income growth
3. Arrears and dishonour management
4. Effective implementation of a high performance sales culture
5. Primarily responsible for all loan applications approved within the branch including timely completion and approval within quality parameters determined by the company's lending policy
6. Responsible for performance reviews of field staff and discuss their performance and ambitions and to discuss progress and barriers to performance success in order to manage outcomes.

Required Candidate profile

1. 3+ years of prior experience in similar capacityin financial services preferably in a NBFC, SFB or a HFC
2.Strong teamwork skills and the ability to motivate team members
3.Channel Management experience is desirable
4.Knowledge / work experience in the local Region
5. Target-driven
6. Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills
7.Ability to meet multiple deadlines from varying sources
